Several people have told me that the Silvers run up the Green. Then I've heard that there hasn't been a run in many years. Which is true?

Silvers start showing in late September or October. A large portion of the run goes up Soos creek, which is only open to kids anymore. Good Luck.

Do you think any Silvers will be in the Kent area- near the golf course?

I usually start fishing silvers the first week in October,the river opens Oct. 1st for silvers. The lower river can be really good from Allentown up into Auburn. The river should have an excellent run this year.

Just got back from fishing in Kent and wouldn't you know it- a golf ball fly over my head and hit the bank on the far side. My daughter and I started a laughing and went home for dinner ( no fish)...
