M's have not developed or acquired any offense.(ex. Cruz) Their OBP sucks this year and is on Parr with the last ten years. Roll out the Griffey and Edgar highlights from 20 years ago and let's move on to next season...

Oakland A's are winners of 7 of their last 10, it's good to be in the east bay lately. That kinda soothes the pain of being 11.5 games out of 1st with the worst record in the AL. Go A's. They shoulda never gotten rid of Cespedes. On another note,Frisco is tied for first. Interesting season for us so far. We look much better than last year.

Whoops half a game back. Other than St Louis who are killing it,the other first place teams are all really close,with second place teams fairly close behind as well. Then you have Milwaukee.

I know money ball likes to play for cheap but sometimes he gets carried away. They should have never traded Donaldson for Lawrie either.

Cruz and Hernandez have played about as good as they can play . Cano can pick it up but if the other two play the same is that enough to make a run ? I would not bet on it. Another season of blue balls for the Mariners fans.

If there is one stat in baseball that can determine an outcome; it is OBP. The M's have been in the tank for the last 10 yrs+, with this year following that trend. No baserunners, no runs. Acquiring home run hitters doesn't work if you don't have men on base. Does someone know the Giants OBP vs. M's OBP for this season?

Chris Heston took the mound tonight and became the 17th pitcher in Giants history (and first rookie) to throw a no-hitter. He struck out 11, walked none and missed a perfect game by plunking 3 Mets. He got 3 of his strikeouts in the 9th. Giants win 5-0  . it's always special to watch a no hitter, even if you're not a fan of the team. congrats to him, that is rarefied air.

This is how stupid the manures are. They give over a QTR BILLION dollars to a player that is 31 years old.  Did I mention he's batting .237.  This is right up there with letting the big unit walk and watching him win 7 Cy youngs.
