There's one in here that's worth 26 million.

Mine syncs with some atomic clock somewhere and it is waterproof to 50 meters. Right now it has some lamb fat and chicken juice on it. There is also a spot where I dropped some pvc cement on the dial and it melted it a bit. Cost me $29 on sale.

I could never stand wearing a watch or any other jewelry.

All fireman "first responders " aka the "authorities" deserve a watch like that.

It's only valued at 12K by someone stupid enough to spend 12K (or 3K) for a watch.

They're in high demand, just because he insured it for 12k doesn't mean that he would get that on the open market. My guess would be 6-8k??

It's worth nothing if I don't ever sell it, which I don't plan on ever doing.

But, when I get jacked for my wallet and watch, I'll happily pay the insurance deductible. wink

Fukin' time piece better work! It's been sent back to Romex as any self-winding time piece needs some maintenance every few years or so.

It's a 2002 and I wear it every day. Scratched the hell out of the band and the case. It's been soaked in fish blood, UEC, and god knows what else. What's the point of a time piece if you don't actually wear it every today to tell the time?

I once watched a 25k Rolex Presidential get dropped overboard at Pt. No Point. I could see it sparkling it's way down to about 100'. I kept expecting to see a chinookie eat it smile.

I had to meet twice with the stupid insurance company. They kept asking me why he would wear that watch while fishing. I kept answering because he's an idiot smile

More like.... What's the point in paying 3k for a time piece when you can buy one at walfart for $19.99!!!

Even if they only last 6 months 3k will get ya enough $19.99 specials to get thru 75 years.....
