They are averaging one more run a game, which is great...for a team that has struggled offensively all year. Besides that they are doing a great job at losing. This year will be no different than the last 12.

Is the season over?
With the exception of the bullpen which has taken an unforeseen turn to the worse, everything else is readying for a run.
Take away the bullpen losses and July was a great month.
That would mean thinking ... and no poll will save you on that one.
How is this year any different than the last 12 years? If you dig through the "stats" from this year or any of the previous years, you can find short term moral victories such as the ones you are touting now. Right now, the M's ARE getting better at losing! If we win tonight we will be .500 in the last ten games. Helluva way to end July! The M's can only milk the 95' season for so long...
