I seriously think she is toast, she's just not likeable and with all the scandals she's been in, I don't see it. Who do you think will get it?

Now to the Republican nominee. The Donald has a lot of momentum right now, it sure is refreshing to hear a non insider that will stand up to China and securing the border and the mess in the M.E. Due to his wealth, he's unlikely to be bought by any special interest groups.

I know it's really early and a lot can change. I'm not a huge fan of Trump, but I think he might be the right guy for now. If he surrounded by the right people around him I think it would work.

The D nomination is Hillary's to lose. I don't think Bernie can get enough moderate support to be nominated. But, like I said, Hillary can find a way to lose it just like the R's found a way to lose in 2012.

As for the R side, I don't see any of them really taking hold yet. Trump is simply non-viable but makes for good press coverage. No depth.

I don't think the R's have a real leader/candidate yet-especially if they want to win the WH. For the D's, it is either Hillary or somebody who really hasn't started yet (AlGore/Biden??)

She may win the Dem nomination, but she will not win the Presidency. I predicted as much this last spring the last time this topic came up and I'm still sticking with it. It's even worse for her now than at that time....if that's even possible.

The Dems are in BIG trouble. They have no bench, as everyone is afraid of the Hill. Sanders is a dyed in the wool socialist and that will never win a general pop vote. O'Malley is a OK, but kinda flaky and weak and a rather no name with zero war chest. Who else is there? Nobody is willing to DARE run against the Hill and that's weakened the Dem field and position overall. It's hard to have a Dem debate if there aren't many candidates and the only one of true note is currently being investigated by the FBI. Also of note and as an Independent, I find this hilarious: the Repubs used to be the party of the "Old White Man" and now the Dems are running (3) "Old White Men" (includes the Hill, sorry she's a man...deal with it). The Repubs have the diversity of choice right now. That's funny stuff right there.

The only way the Hill wins anything is if Trump runs 3rd party and splits the vote. Which is why the GOP establishment is chittin' down their leg at the moment.

Yes, Hillary will get the D nomination. The fix is already in. The D Party loves Hillary, or at least the Clinton name, if not her directly. The D Party cares about retaining power, not the U.S. public interest. So it doesn't matter that the Ds have no players on the bench.

The Rs have at least turned out a long bench. Unfortunately Trump is the most talented player on the team. I didn't think Trump would stay in the race because 4 years as POTUS would cost him so much more when not running his business empire on a daily basis. But he's still in. Almost makes me glad that Wall St and the global corporations run the country instead of the president.

The FBI is full of schitt.
They won't know until they try.
If some fool did a quick, high level wipe "format" and the area of the disk was not over-written, they may be able to find something.
If someone did a multi-pass low level wipe and then the disk was over-written it would be hard to recover anything.
They don't call it DoD Method for nothin'.

I think that the hard drives were physically destroyed and the servers got new hard drives before the seizure.
You have to grab that stuff quick and in this case there was plenty of time to do anything imaginable.
