Posted 03/15/2016 03:39 PM - A robber who targeted a man sitting on a bench near Ocean Beach claimed he was a killer and demanded money before hugging, pushing and licking the victim's face on Monday night, police said.

The incident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. at Great Highway and Fulton Street when the suspect, described as a man in his 50s, sat down on a bench next to the 20-year-old victim and asked him for money, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The suspect then turned menacing, saying he was a killer and "demanded money" from the victim, who got scared and gave all his cash to the suspect, police said.

After hugging, pushing and licking the victim's face, the suspect fled the scene, they said.

No arrests were made in the incident.

This was just made public today. Look at the date on the article, it's dated 3-22-16.

The proposed rule was for an automatic ejection after two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, NOT personal fouls.

That is a gigantic difference.

No it's not, not even close...you can target the fukk out of players, hit them in the head repeatedly, and not get ejected unless they want to, because those are unnecessary roughness penalties, and are NOT subject to this rule.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct is for taunting, threatening language or gestures, that kind of stuff...and two of those will get you ejected under this rule.

Not even remotely the same.

And...I think there's no need for it, the refs can eject someone after one, two, three or seventy-two of them if they think it warrants.

This is just the refs/league being pussies so that they don't have to suffer any backlash for making those decisions.

As much as I would love him, as much as he would add depth and veteran savvy that that linebacking corps needs, he's not a SAM, he's not an on-ball player, you've got Bobby and you've got KJ, and I don't think financially you'll have room for Karlos Dansby.
