I'm not too worried about this season yet and I still cherish that SB win and watching the Donkeys get creamed. That memory will last forever and the Hawks haters can never take that away.

One can only wish.
On a side note, Dan Quinn seems to be doing okay

I'm happy for Quinn, losing great coaches just has to effect the players and atmosphere.

It's fun to put everything on coaches and call for their heads, but when we do that, we forget that any offensive scheme, no matter how good on paper, looks like crap when the players on the field can't properly execute it. I'm not saying I love Bevell's predictable play calls, but the reasons why none of those manageable third downs got picked up in the 4th quarter and overtime had little to do with whether or not the defense knew what was coming. In most cases, the players simply didn't execute. Same deal with the end of last year's Super Bowl (although I'm still convinced 24 should have gotten the call).
Again, not saying I think Bevell is a great coordinator. Just saying that if the players were executing plays better in general, we would have a couple more wins and a lot less distaste for Bevell. IMO, the biggest mistake the Hawks are making offensively is to not use RW's skills to anywhere near his potential. He is as good or better than any QB I've seen at throwing perfect passes while on the run, and if he's on the run, he's always a threat to gain good yardage by keeping the ball. Keeping him in motion prevents defenses from settling into the coverage schemes that have been so effective at stopping the offense. I don't know if they're concerned about him getting hurt or what, but it's frustrating to watch them try to mold a player who is capable of so much more into a prototypical, drop-back pocket passer. (On a side note, I am starting to think RW's height is one of the major things that make him so much less effective from the pocket... the other major thing is that the o-line, while they were much better last week, is allowing too much penetration to allow him time to throw from the pocket.) In a way, I think they're trying to ram a square peg into a round hole, and I think they're doing the same thing with Jimmy Graham, but that's another topic....

Maybe he couldn't hear the stop sign. or maybe he's not deaf after all... A man who had a little too much to drink is driving home from the city one night, and of course, his car is weaving all over the road.
A cop pulls him over. "So," says the cop to the driver, "where have ya been?"
"Why, I've been to the pub of course," slurs the drunk.
"Well," says the cop, "it looks like you've had quite a few to drink this evening."
"I did all right," the drunk says with a smile.
The cop says, "Sir, do you realize that your wife fell out of the car several miles back?"
"Oh, thank heavens," sighs the drunk. "For a minute there, I thought I'd gone deaf!"

Earl Thomas on #Seahawks' protocol when there's an INT return: "Block. But Michael Bennett, he doesn't block" When Earl talks which isn't often you know he's pissed. That was a dig at Bennett for causing that 60 yard personal foul penalty. Love me some Earl!!

Really hoping that the Coleman, hit and run case ends with him being cleared of any felonies. It would be nice if the guy that was hit had a full recovery too. Driving I-5, 405, I-90 etc you get used to seeing rigs of all sorts wadded up daily. Lesson to anyone in a collision...don't leave the scene.
