I know who your talking about now. Never met him, and wouldn't know who he was if I saw him.

Sad to say this, but Bush #41 is getting pretty old.

I lost my mother 82, two aunts 93 and 89 and a cousin 61 over 9 weeks this past summer....2015 wasn't fun.
P.S. Dan Haggerty "Grizzly Adams" gone at 74 today.

I think Haggerty was #3.
You are off the hook for a while Stam.

I think I'll go buy some stock now.
Hey Stam! Meda AB Pharm, makers of Geritol, are looking 1/2 way decent right about now. GET OFF MY LAWN! I have no market intelligence on how Sunsweet Prune Growers is fairing....sorry.

Grizzly Adams died? Jeez. Celine Dion's husband the other day and now her brother has hours to live (brain, throat & mouth cancer). Cancer....you suck!

Cancer....you suck! You got that right. It sounds like the Cancer experts don't think it's curable. But they think they might be able to trick the human body immune system to ward it off. Don't quote on the exact details it was long ago I read about it.

There's some promising genome / genetics going on. Believe it or not, Elephants rarely if ever get cancer due to a duplicate genome that suppresses its starting mechanism. The trade off is a longer gestation and lower birth rate.
Here's a question: If we could cure or severely suppress cancer through genome manipulation, would "designer babies" become more morally ethical or acceptable?

I didn't know that about Elephants, one my favorite animals. When they die the herd really mourns the death, sometimes carrying their bones with them. They also die in areas that are hard to find.

After the fun that was had in 60's; 70's and 80's...it's amazing that even half that list is still around. The next 5 - 10 years is going to be rough for the legends.

It would be more helpful if Neil Young was on the list. 'Course the Canadian is ageless, and will be playing nursing homes when you're in one, Brewer.
