Baltic Dry Index check it out. I guess there are actually no freight tankers in transit in the entire world right now. Baltic Dry Index has set record lows for the past 7 weeks. For some reason the shipment of dry goods going anywhere has completely stopped.

I read in New Dawn that the Bigfoot and Gnome Teamsters have started moving dry goods transdimensionally, so there is no need for the time and expense of ships.

It's a solid cost saving move, and has really cut into the unemployment rate for Gnomes, who have not got the Jack's Beef Jerky concession that the Bigfoots have..they really needed the economic jolt, so to speak.
