I wonder why this is so evil and a picture of the huge, or even just used to be normal 50, wild Chinook are fine to post. Are you suggesting that the dead steelhead buck likely spawned previously and his seed is already spread far and wide?

I kept a largish hatch buck at 14# that was as colored up as that fish. It did in fact taste like garbage. The meat was very dry and nasty. Trophy hunters are so last millennia....... Dear Mr Weezy, They taste like spotted owl. Oregon 80. In before the lock. Wankster must be bored.

All other comments and opinions aside...I am glad that WDFW has finally entered the 20th Century and put a stop to bonking these fish.
Maybe we'll join the 21st Century before it's over, though I am not optimistic about that.
