There's video out now of inside the truck, there was kids in there and they were shooting at it even after they shot him, which they shouldn't have done.....

I watched the video....

All I can say as an x SWAT opporator is that they violated every possible use of force that they could without any justification whatsoever.

Regardless if they were going to be charged with a non violent crime, I cannot believe I just saw cops do what they did.

You all should watch that and then you should be very afraid......

If the police can now do what they did in that video without being subject to any real scruteny we have got a real problem and the constitution might as well be toilet paper. Might as well be the Gestapo, same damn thing.

The suspects did not do a single thing which would justify any use of force above spike strips. They could not even justified tasers or peper spray based on the actions of the suspects.

Talking or yelling at police is not an escalation of force it's free speech. Leaving the scene of a traffic stop is called failure to yeild and is a misdemeanor.

Protesting while bearing arms is not a domestic terorist, it's called being an American and having the balls to stand for what is right. Agree or disagree with them they acted by the example of the founding fathers who would have been proud by the way.

Oh and by they way your uninformed example would make them want to vomit.

How does that change anything?

The protesters where peaceful, they posed no threat to anyone all they wanted was dialog.

The Government in this particular situation had no reason to use force so they created a situation where they felt it would provoke a violent reaction from the protesters justifying a mass killing. It did not work out that way so they did some killing anyways.

The reality is this, The protesters were non violent, just bearing arms does not constitute an escalation of force.

The OSP and FBI knew exactly where a group of non-violent protesters where headed; to John Day for a pre arranged meeting with a sheriff there, they could have just followed them and then contacted them peacefully.

The problem is the FBI and OSP did not want a peaceful resolution, they wanted to send a message, which is not justification for deadly force...

These protesters used the 2nd amendment for the exact purpose it was signed.

Hunting, self defence and recreation are not the reasons we have the 2nd amendment. It exists so that the government always remembers who is in charge.

The 2nd amendment should not be infringed for any reason, not even to protect life, because if it falls that's when we officially do as well.

Shots to the grill of the truck caused the truck to race ahead toward the road block.

If you watch the video you will see the brake lights as he clearly tries to brake.

Unfortunately there were no brakes.

Just how did shots to the grille take out the brakes and make the truck accelerate? If there's no brakes take it out of gear. Or, did the FBI control the truck's computer so it accelerated and ran around the roadblock?
