I don't care what team you root for...wearing a jersey with another man's name on the back is...weird.

I'm ok with team shirts, and I don't really care if others wear jerseys...but it's not for me.

Fish on...

I don't give twofucks who is wearing them, or where.

You just won't see any of them on me. That includes #12.

Hey old fart....there's a difference passing info on Jersey sales than the face painters that wear them...if you're under 25 I can see someone wearing a jersey....but a 65 year old man??? LOL

I'd rather a person wear a jersey with an actual players name on it. As in, at least they know about the name of one person on the team and you can have the resulting conversation. #12 jerseys are kinda lame IMO. It's the generic "hey I'm a random fan" or "I'm a woman that wants to be a part of the club". Fish Prince, while a wee bit rough around the edges, isn't wrong you know. I have no qualms if a fan follows a particular player and wants to wear their jersey. It's called being a fan.

That being said, I have a SB XLVIII Manning jersey that's won me fvck all since I bought it. Dat' bitch is cursed. That fugger' has one last season to produce or its into the bonfire you go. Both the jersey and the man. Sigh...

Promoting is one thing...I have three Seahawks shirts/sweatshirts, one is almost 25 years old even...but wearing another grown man's name on your back when you are a grown man just seems a little weird to me.

Now putting your OWN name on the back is weird. Nice stolen valor. Damn son, that aint right.

When I was 12, I once stumbled into an Estes Park, CO t-shirt shop that specialized in the following custom tee format examples....

Beethoven
Mozart
Bach
Hank

or

Hendrix
Vaughn
Clapton
Todd

Or

Holmes
Jeremy
North
Evo

People would read it and be like "WTF, I've heard of the first 3 people but who is the 4th? "Well, let me tell you!". So my dumb arse got:

Ruth
DiMaggio
Williams
NickD90

And then I made the mistake wearing it ONE time to baseball practice. I was not a bright kid. I have buddies that STILL give me crap about that 25 years later. Lessoned learned. Never put your own name on anything unless you own it, fvck it or play on it.

The nice thing about a #12 jersey is that he never gets traded an hour after you dropped $100.00 bucks on it.

So I'm a fuktard cause I wear a 12th Man jersey (To the games only) instead of a jersey of a over paid player who will become a free agent, leave town and I'm stuck with his jersey.................Or Am I a long time diehard fan since "76" who isn't wasting time & money buying others jersey's and keeping it real with my team???????????????????????. Unless they are in the H.O.F. as a Seahawk alum..............I'd never buy a shirt/jersey with a players name on it. Booook it.....................it's gay. Good luck,

SZ
