Gold and silver have been going up since last Tuesday, pretty soon China is going to call it in and revalue gold and silver to the point the London and NY fix can't overcome it by selling billions short each day. China wants true value for its holdings and they have more than anyone else. Pretty soon we will be leasing gold from China so we can't print a new gold backed currency.

Gold is going to end up somewhere between $48,000. And $60,000. Per ounce in the short term, silver will readjust to its proper ratio of somewhere between 10 to 1 and 16 to 1. It needs to account for all the wealth of the world and there just is not that much of it to go round. In the long run gold could go much higher than $60,000 per ounce.

Just to partially back the Yuan gold needs to be at a minimum of $68,000. Per ounce.

And it is officially already backing the Yuan, in the next couple weeks Russia is going to release a gold backed Ruble.

Gold is approaching the $1300 benchmark and silver the $18. It's been almost straight up since Tuesday the19th regardless of the billions every day sold short by the Western banks. They are trying like hell to stop it but they can't anymore. Demand for physical has been extremely high and supply very low for too long.

Did you know that both the US Commerce department and the Cencus bureau have been forcing coin shops to give them information related to sales since about 10 months ago. They want to know how much gold and silver is being sold cash sales vs credit. They are not asking who is buying what yet but coin shops, bullion dealers and scrap buyers are legally supposed to keep track who's buying and who is selling what.

Think about it, Deutsche Bank just settled a lawsuit admitting that they have been involved in the illegal price suppression of gold. The banks have been working with the Comex, London and NY fix to keep the price suppressed for the federal reserve. If gold breaks out the Fiat system collapses. This is why they sell gold short every day by trading worthless paper shares by the billions to stop the explosion in price. All the while China, India and Russia have been buying physical on the cheep with worthless US dollars, transferring it from West to East.

Now they have the majority of it and can set the price which they are starting to do. Pretty soon it can't be stopped. There is no telling where the price will end up but conservatively 48 to 60 thousand per ounce in the short term.

Now China has moved onto Silver buying massive amounts lately speculation is it will be used for currency.
