Jeebuz, I actually fished at Drano Lake this weekend, and I thought it couldn't get much stranger than that...I was sure wrong about that.

Fish on...

I saw the jet ski tied up down at the mouth of blue creek when we floated by on saturday. We all had a good laugh!

Drew

P.S. Guess we were too early to see the trophy. HAHA!

Witnessed this on saturday. Couldn't believe our eyes as we sidedrifted past them. Was goin to snap some cell phone pictures but my memory was full. Witnessed a few guys taking pictures of this idiot. Heard from another guy that they even went down the side channel. Humorous for sure, especially watching them try and load it on the trailer. The guy backed the trailer in straight. Absolutely no brains. Dude owns a roofing company in Tacoma. Steeliedrew, what boat were you in?

Man, I'm suprised more people didn't help him. I would have rewarded him for his creativity with the jet ski. I heard one boat tried to tow the jet ski, but couldn't muster up the strength. Says something about the tools in all the sleds..............

I thought I did the stupidest sh!t that can be done on the Cowlitz when I tossed a rod and reel overboard with a fish attached.

But noooooooooooooooooo.

This dude shows that I'm not even on the ballfield, let alone in the game.

Holy fark.

Would you risk your life and or boat to rescue him? how about the possibility of the guy getting hurt/killed or his seadoo getting damaged while your towing, you carry insurance to cover that? doubt anyone else does either. Towing on rivers is nothing like a lake or Puget Sound. Just my $.02 worth.

So you say nothing while he launches his trophy yacht with dual outboards and tries to hause the thing out in 3 or 4 feet of water?

I could be wrong but I don't remember saying anything about warning him at the launch, and neither did you in the post I replied too. I was talking about the towing issue you brought up, next time I'll type slower so as not to confuse you!
