I would not under estimate how pissed off people are gonna be. If less than 1% of the population in his country decided to do armed protests and to occupy local,state and federal buildings, there is no authority which could counter that. It would take less than 1 million citizens to conduct an semi organized coup. the military would not challenge them, infact most would probably join in.

the people who would participate in this are not your BLM types, it's the independant self sufficient god fearing Americans who will necessarily feel that their way of life is now over with Billary being elected.
