I've got a couple of Ambasadeurs (sp?) and an old Daiwa that could use overhauling. Any suggestions in the South King County area for someone reliable and reasonable?

retriever, for all of your Ambassadeur reels I would take them to Outdoor Emporium in down town Seattle. I usually take all of my Ambassadeur reels to them. They have a guy come by once a week to pick up reels usually on Friday's and returns them by the following friday. Usually to get new washers, cleaning and lube it will cost about $25. I'm very pleased with my reels after I got them back, what a difference! Hope this helps, tight lines!

retriever, I agree with Brian. George at Outdoor Emporium does good work at a reasonable price. He does this on the side for several shops. I can fix just about any reel myself, but I can't get the parts quick enough, so in a pinch I take them to him, it's much faster and like I said pretty reasonable.

Lincs on Rainier Ave. S. and Dearborn right off I-5 and I-90 is awesome. I've taken my stuff there for years. They are very, very cheap and do a good job. I've got my Abu there right now as a matter of fact.
