I don't think Hamdan had a great first year as a play caller but I'd hazard to guess he'd have had a much better year if Adams, Bryant and Gaskin were healthy all season!

I didn't find the game boring at all. Browning's interception in the end zone, the fumble, and the blocked PAT provided enough uncertainty to hold my interest to the very end. When the snow really started coming down, I had flashbacks to the so-called "snow bowl" that Sol Dunce referred to above.

Who was that clown from WSU who dropped the ball on the sidelines...simply dropped the ball with nobody near him.

I got to watch the game with a house full of Coogars and some Dawgs. Was so fun to watch the Coogs be all excited and happy when the game started.

Lots of smack-talking going on before the game. Lots of Coogs sporting mustaches.

(the guys had the fake slap on mustaches and the women just let their mustaches grow out)

And then the game started and the Huskies scored.

And they became less happy.

And the snow came down.

And then the Coogars failed to get 1st downs.

and they became quite and sullen.

And them the Huskies scored some more.

And more snow fell shutting down any chance the Coogers had.

And they just gave up and started drinking heavily.

Best line of the night:

"I really thought this was OUR year!!!!"

Great description Parker! Same as how my group text went throughout the game...Coogs all yukking it up before the game and I was pretty quiet. Then I pointed out right before the game that the conditions appeared pretty "sloppy and wet". Though the Dawgs are from C-attle where the conditions are pretty "sloppy and wet", and it appears the Dawgs might be most accustomed to practicing/playing in the "sloppy and wet" weather. Of course there was way more hope and hype for the "Mississippi Mistake", but eventually the kittens quieted down as the snow picked up!

Poor sodbusters and hayseeds. They really thought they had some sh!t going on this year.

But alas, they are still Coogers and the Huskies have been living rent free in their heads for 6 years now. Leach didn't change his game plan, and conditions didn't favor the pass.

So they lost.

Excellent summaries above. It was a really fun game to watch. And to think I was actually a little bit worried about that Air Raid offense. Huskies Defense totally lived up to its reputation. It was amusing to see the bare chested Coogar fans in the stands as the snow was coming down. They must have been completely topped off on anti-freeze.

Not really Apple Cup related, but Pac 12 related none the less.
Larry Scott is looking more like a POS as each day goes by, and I thought Tom Hansen was bad.
