The apparent lack of intrest in the subject of this thread vividly illustrates the reason that sport anglers consistently get screwed when fisheries are allocated. Lots of talk, but no action.

PAC's do more than just contribute to political campaigns. They provide politicians with "their side of the story".

I have mailed my donation and will push for my chapter of PSA to make a signicant contribution as well.
