I think its high time to test our law makers for alcohol and drugs. Who is going to fund this program? There's ways to pass the test or quit before the test. There's not reasonable cause to test those on welfare or unemployment. What happens if somebody is prescribed drugs? Who is going to pay for treating those who are on drugs? Dumbass Republikans.
