And no matter Romney says about overturning Obamacare on Day 1, he can't do anything. Congress has to vote to overturn it.


Even though MA elected Scott Brown, the Senate passed Obamacare anyway, without a vote. 60 vote rule does not apply.
I dont know what they will have for support. Maybe Democrats will vote out Harry Reid for senate leader. Maybe enough democrats will see their future disappear in 2014, so they get out a head of it. Either way, the states are going to get waivers and the only fool who wants to run with it, wont get any money. Far as I know, the house can defund just about anything it wants.

It will be forgotten, only when another way of making health insurance and medical care more affordable and reduce the number of insured, without requiring a mandate, is implemented.
