''Yawn" Now that you girls have settled your cat fight, I thought I'd post something on topic for a change. I'm in the title and escrow business and we're busy. The foreclosure reports we do have gone down, refis are up as are new construction and home sales. Lenders seem to be doing more loan modifications and we're receiving more requests for information for commercial projects. Whether the commercial info requests develop into orders reamins to be scene but at least we have interest in that area.
