You give them too much credit for being smart enough to hatch a plan like that and carry it out. It is even worse we are puppets of the Saudis etc who can switch from oil being priced in dollars. Our military is being outsourced to protect their interest which also protects our economic interest. China and Russia benefit if the switch happens, it levels the playing field. The whole world knows they cannot defeat us on the battle field so you are only left trying to undermine the keystone of our power, oil priced in dollars.
