Big Jim I agree it is out of hand! I can not enforce the rules and it really gets to me to see so many people that just do not care. They seem to think that they are above the law. I just try my best to out fish them and show them there is a better way to fish that snagging. I now call them the "jerks" since this is what they are doing, stand and jerk. Some of us guys that fish the local rivers plan river clean ups. This helps, many people see what you are doing and will pitch in. Large organizations move to slow. Small groups seem to get things done much better.
