With the recent water conditions on the mainland rivers, I have been working my fast sink with an unweighted bunnyleech, but on the Olym. Penn, and when the water is a little higher, I like to start with a lead-wrap bunny fished on a sink-tip and work my way up feeling the bottom until I get it right. My policy is starting out heavy and working lighter until I feel it is on the money. I have been tying up several of each color, some unweighted, some with lead tape, and some with dumbell eyes. With those and a multi-tip, you should be able to fish just about anything.
Best of luck!
