I have been fishing thill river master floats and have been woundering if there are any other makers of quaility steelhead floats.

I'm not to familar with the thill floats. Where can you get them? I use dink floats. There made out of cylinder shaped foam. Theyr'e usually pretty inexpensive.

I also fish the foam floats. They r less than a buck ,float high, and can take punishment. I sometimes fish a balsa float, but losing a 5 dollar float hurts. Drennan makes a clear plastic float that's great in gin clear water.

Hey Kabel, there are a couple of floats that will work for you in your water. Try the website at rodworks.com, and check out their cork floats. Pretty sweet. Also, the floats at Barry's in Vancouver BC work well. You will want to use a 3 inch narrow for your water, and weight fiarly heavy to almost make it neutrally bouyant. Good luck.
