Glad we stayed home and watched the fireworks from across the bay as we do each year. Poulsbo Police shot and killed a 39 year old tribal member who allegedly was wielding a screwdriver and lunging at people. Surprised they would shoot with a large crowd instead of using a stun gun. One of our old neighbors was there and provided 1st aid trying to stop the bleeding.

There's no logical reason to shoot a man who only has a screwdriver...rubber bullets, tasers..hell, they've got a dozen options.

Don't forget that some LE agencies don't allow tasers. I don't why ? Those things have saved many lives. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

I may have been to the fights once or twice and I may have won something once too. Don't know - don't remember. It's was a long time ago and my memory is a bit fuzzy.
