I've honestly thought about running for office before then I realized I had no real money; would need to be "responsible" and give "effort" (like...for real); would need to scrub the internet of my awful existence; get people to like me temporarily and for long enough, that in the end, everyone on all sides would end up hating me permanently.

THEN I realized that if the end goal was still going to be everyone hatin' on me on matter what I did, that I could do exactly none of the above for free from my couch.

So this brings us to now. If the town of Douchebagville still needs an honorary Mayor, I'd be happy to assume the title - but just know there are going to be some serious changes made around here. Mostly regarding policy centered on T&A, guns and weed. AND DA' JEWS!!!!

Mostly I avoid watching presidential candidate debates because they are so fvcking insipidly stupid. I decided last night to do my civic duty and watch the debate in LV. The best statement of the entire debate, that wasn't insipidly stupid, was from Bloomberg when he said, "I can't imagine a better way to get Trump re-elected than to listen to this conversation."

Even debate questions are fvckin' insipid. Imagine, Klobochar committed the mortal sin of forgetting the name of Mexico's president. Hell, who doesn't forget names? And Biden, wow, taking too much credit for things he didn't personally do. So it's credit by association? Like saying my team won the game; therefore I won the game. Sheesh, do they think their target audience is as stupid as the right wing deplorables?

A clown show it was. Trump will not win this election... but the Dems will certainly lose it.

I am of the opinion that, at least in WA governorship election, the R's have consistently lost winnable elections because of their internal fights and then nominating as far right as they could go. It seems that the activists, in both parties, represent the farthest right or left. The D's, now, are scrambling as far left as possible. This leaves the middle, where most are, un-represented. When only one party goes bat-[Bleeeeep!] crazy, the other wins. Hence all the D Governors here.

When both sides go bat-[Bleeeeep!], I really don't know what will come out of it.

Go to Fox News right now and read the comments on the Roger Stone sentencing and see all the deplorables defending and standing up for this guy. The fact that legions of people think they care about this POS and if he is treated fairly just shows how the modern rightwing movement has totally brainwashed their people into being attack dogs. It blows my mind. This guy would for sure take everything you own if he could get away with it.

Didn't watch the debate, but I must say it's pretty damning to the state of our elections to see that an arrogant prick like Mike Bloomberg can simply throw a pile of money into the ring and, not having participated in a single debate, town hall, or ANYTHING, he instantly gobbles up 15% of the electorate. Yeah... Let's replace an old, white, billionaire with another old, white billionaire. Might as well re-elect Trump at that point, because Bloomberg's economic policy will look very much the same as Trump's.

It's time for a president who lives like most Americans do. Voting for elites doesn't seem to be advancing anything favorable to the majority.
