In my 50 years I have had a few different careers, but all of them have a common thread...I work with people, a lot of people, usually in the capacity of managing them, their expectations, and their abilities, and though I am far far far from perfect at anything, I have learned a lot about people over my life...just sharing a bit of what I have observed in others and myself and trying to share it in a useful way with someone who needs someone to tell them the fuckin straight up truth.
