Now the children of the “summer of love” have had plenty of time to fortify positions in the “New Republic of Capitol Hill”. They have had time to import more weapons, fortify defenses, set up sniper posts and ambush points. The city is rendering them aid by catering food and supplying sanitation. Ought to be interesting when play time is over and it’s time to go home.

Rich, I am assuming you got that from the same source as the rest of your completely wrong information, as it is 100% made up, too.

Fish on...

Rich is really going to freak out when he hears they've made a daycare and even a new community garden. What savages!!!

I could seriously see Rich And Evo in a coordinated recon scout mission to check the perimeter. Craig's List Fisher Price WalkieTalkies, mismatched black kits, fake moustaches and old 80's sedans.

More or less a Beastie Boys video in their own minds...

When everyone else is pretty much...

Yeah - I hear you. RIP MCA. I've saw them 4 times from the early 90's through about Y2K and every show was just amped...stage and crowd going berzerk. 1000 mph, incredible, loud, crazy, zany, blitzed fun. Those were the days.

Geez...I'm getting old. I kept thinking the Hello Nasty Tour was in the summer of 99 and near Y2K for some reason - but it was the year before in 98. 22 years ago. Damn.

I can't imagine being one of the true board old farts, that got to see like, Duke Ellington play on the Titanic in 1893. Jammin' out on the hand cranked radio players in their cold caves wishing someone would invent fire or something. Must have sucked.

I only go back about this far, the Gold Creek Dome was a happening place back then.

https://www.ledzeppelin.com/show/july-27-1969

I remember before 405 was built too.

Had friends that were relocated so I 5 could be built.
