You will start to really notice by the end of August. By mid to late September massive state, county and city lay offs around 60% of all employees are going to get fired. Massive budget shortages made public by end of physical year.

They, state and local government, have been doing studies related to revenue recovery and models show if things recover to their full potential they are looking at mid 90's revenue numbers at best and not for a couple of years at that.

Pension system failure shortly after infrastructure collapse, private and public, they are all going down.

I don't think you realize what is coming and real quick at that, Two deputy sheriffs stopped and talked to a friend of mine as his business last week, told him to start networking with friends to for support groups, said they could not tell him what they knew but bad things are coming. I have friends who work for other counties and cities, I have talked to them and most of them are aware.

I know what the "bad things" are.. All of a sudden fire trucks wont even be able to respond to a fire, no staff and no money for fuel. Its gonna happen quick and you will get little to no warning. Government, especially local never tells you when its in a position of weakness, they only tell you they are weak when they are actually strong, when their scope of power and control is at risk they never show their hand.

I don't think you all realize that there is no federal bailout coming to democrat controlled states or cities for day to day operations or emergency aid, they have all been defunded and will be forced to fail and fail badly at that.

We are about 3 to 5 weeks out from it being obvious.

What are the odds that this happens Rich, 99%? Is it only more likely than not? If you needed to ascribe a percentage would you say?

Reason I ask is because you are wrong about 99% of the time which means that the likelihood of this happening is about 1%.

School system is already collapsed, why do you think it is not starting this fall? Its because of money, they cant expose to the public that it is taking every penny they have left right now just to pay the court ordered contractual teachers salaries, of which most make triple digits now.

A cousin of mine is a senior teacher in the Vancouver area, teaches grade school. In early April he told me strait up in the beginning of this that the teachers already knew that there would be no school in the fall. He also told me that he knew for a fact that when school ever did start that there would be allot less teachers.

State and local government is going to get hit much worse than the private sector, and by the time they loose their jobs there wont be any unemployment.

All counties and cities are not the same. Some cities are generating billions, some running a deficit already and have 1K people. Some counties are highly sought after places to live and some are mostly natural resources and not much else.

Your generalizing of everything shows your stupidity. Correct or not, you are still dumb AF.

It will mostly be the same in this state, smaller counties and cities with less exposure to liability may fair better but all have similar challenges with upcoming budget.

I don't think you realize that regardless of the city or county they are all managed the same and do things mostly the same, they all follow the same models and play books. None of them really have a choice, go along with Agenda 21 or get no money. They are all screwed because they are all in the same system. Some rural counties/cities will fair better because of volunteers and donations, such as Forks, the people in places like that will take care of their own.

100% this happens and quick, October 1st is the end of government physical year and when the money runs out, its a 1000 foot wall, smooth like polished granite, you cant climb over it.

Hey Rich,

As a former cop, do you find this hilarious like I do? Or would you arrest this creative joker?

Also, why do so many cops look just like Meal Team Six and the Gravy Seals?

Bearing the burden of being privy to so much classified information must nearly drive you crazy, at least we won't be able to say we weren't warned, thank you for sacrificing your mind and taking one for the team.

p.s. it's fiscal...not physical.

carry on.

Hard to believe that is even real. The officers should be arrested for false arrest and excessive force on the guy, for assaulting the woman, and then sued for violating his constitutional rights to free speech and her constitutional rights to record the scene under the freedom of the press (courts have ruled that this type of recording and releasing it on the internet qualifies).

Notice that the first and third officers laugh when approached from about the same distance that the unmarkedofficer was "assaulted" from.

Great news! The local Ask murderer that has been terrorizing our community has been apprehended. I'm sure the police will have some very interesting questions to axe him.

In their defense....they were all jacked up on sugar from eating donuts all morning. Probably just pissed that one had gotten away and was being abused.
Are there absofuckinglutely zero fiscal requirements to be a cop nowadays? Those hogbody's make Chief Wiggum look svelte and Ralphy look smart. rolleyes

Right? Two of the cops had an actual sense of humor. It was a hilarious and harmless stunt.

The arresting Gravy Seal should get his ass in hot water for this.
