Zucchini Fries

Cut em' up into thick, fat strips about 6" long. Strips should be like 1/2" x 1/2" with at least some skin on one side to help hold em' together.

Season flour with salt, pepper and something spicy if you like. Flour, egg wash then panko. Deep fry to lightly golden brown, set on paper towels and then sprinkle some more of that seasoned salt on top.

Dip in ranch or chipotle mayo or whatever.

Good way to get rid of extra Zuccs. Just made some about an hour ago and ate myself sick. YUM!
