Mix eggs, sperm, oxygenated water, plant in river, repeat.
It ain't that hard, but obviously too hard for the average government employee.
Nothing like eating scrambled gene bank for breakfast.

It ain't that hard, but obviously too hard for the average government employee.

Idiots. Raising hatchery fish is easy like: Logging is easy because gravity brings the trees down. Farming is easy because the sun grows the crop. All these things are easy right?
