I read that first thing the Senate will debate whether it is constitutional to impeach Trump now that he is no longer in office. I have a great idea! If they decide it is not constitutional to impeach a president who is no longer in office, then how's about the Dep't. of Justice try Trump for CRIMINALLY inciting insurrection. A criminal conviction like that should put the Trumpster in the gray bar hotel for the rest of his despicable life. So much winning!

Who was blaming him for anything. I can, but I wasn't. I am just saying that he was, and, for many still is, looked at as a Messiah figure.
No different than the extreme right looks at Trump. While he may have been a good president, he most certainly was not perfect.

Right off the bat, I can tell you that much of what I saw during the Mortgage crisis was pure idiotic and helped to extend the suffering.
If you want, try defending these policies that were in effect during his "crisis".
For starters, extending unemployment for years, but not (as happened this time) extending it to the self employed or gig workers, and no holding back on foreclosures or evictions. The worst I saw was forcing banks to call preforming loans and then reselling the assets in bulk, cash auctions to holding companies. Billions of capital switched hands.
I personally do not no anyone that went bankrupt or lost their home in the last 4 years. Almost every one of the people I know in my business went bankrupt and many lost everything during the Obama presidency. I and a few others made it through intact, but I lost at least 2 hundred thousand because I had to liquidate assets to stay afloat.

how much is going to be wasted on an impeachment trial that appears to already been decided before it started. If they really wanted to unify America, this would not have been started if they knew they could not win. *** This is not say Trump may not deserve to be convicted, but since the Senate republicans already made up their mind not to do it, why start unless you want to cause more division and hate. Trump is already out of office and unless something major happens that proves he was right (not going to happen), he is not going to get back to where he can win again.
