1992 Yamaha 250HP Vx-76° 2-stroke. Built reliable and tough, ideal for saltwater conditions. Only 278 original hours, six-cylinder, 25” shaft length. Thoroughly flushed and cleaned after saltwater use, motor is virtually spotless, runs smooth and strong. Near-perfect cylinder compression: 120psi on #s 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, 123psi on #5. Electronic ignition with new 704 binnacle control box, throttle & steering cables included. New water pump kit, thermostats, fuel filter, water/fuel separator, and spark plugs. New 17-pitch propeller. Cowling and shaft exterior have cosmetic blemishes but no damage and nothing affecting performance. Brand-new cowling graphics replacement kit included if buyer wants to refinish, along with brand-new Yamaha cowling cover. Motor weighs 496 pounds, various spare parts included. Again, this is a 2-stroke motor with oil injection system.
