GOP attorneys general around the country are suing the Biden Administration for provisions in the American Relief Fund that prohibit taking the relief money and using it for tax breaks.

See, what these state GOP governments want to do is take the tax dollars that you and I coughed up, get them from the American Relief Plan that's intended to help those taxpayers recover from pandemic-related economic pain...and give those dollars to rich people, who didn't pay those taxes in the first place.

This is the real Socialism in America...tax dollars from most of us being turned into cash stacks for the rich...

That trickle-down you feel is the rich pissing down your neck...it would be nice if you'd stop pretending it's rain and stop supporting the theft of our tax dollars.

Using Todd's logic, the right wing would state that the republicans are suing so that they can use the funds to finance roads and infrastructure, rather than use it to indoctrinate kids in the schools, teaching kindergarteners how to masturbate and the wonders of being transgendered, along with how back the white race is.

The provision banning using the taxpayer funded relief money to fund tax cuts is there to make sure the money gets used for its intended purpose...to help those who need help.

The states would rather give it away in the form of tax cuts to the rich.

Todd is watching out for Evo.

Tax breaks go to people that earn (have a job) or have money, the more you have, typically the bigger the tax cut benefit is to you.

It's easy to create an exceptionally large tax cut for your favorite donor too.

Wasting other people's money is what government is all about. I'd rather they waste it on something that potentially helps everyone than shuffle it back to high earners that I'm sure would like it, but will have no affect on their life.

It's nice to see that Todd has Evo's back on this.

Although Evo probably thinks a tax cut would be a great benefit to him.
