Last week, I was sitting around minding my own business at home. Someone ignored the multiple sovereign citizen no trespassing signs and had the audacity to knock on my door. I keep my windows open year round to vent the heat from my bitcoin miners. I look at my camera and see four black teens wearing masks, one is knocking, the second is in my flower bed peering in the open window trying to see if anyone is inside and two more are hanging around the corner of my garage hiding from view but I can see them on another camera. I have had an armed home invasion before where I was tied up and had a pistol stuck in my mouth and these guys looked like they were up to no good. I live in a fairly white trash town and there aren't really blacks who live here.

So I think what would my hero Paker do, so I open the door with my AR-15 pistol drawn on them. I was like "what the fvck is this, a BLM protest? You're about to find out how little black lives matter to me if you don't get the fvck out of here." They claimed to be selling security systems but all they have is one brochure. Furthermore I have a bunch of large obvious cameras all over my house so I obviously don't need them to set me up with some crappy security system. Why are there four of them and why are two hiding by my garage? They run off while filming me with a cell phone, I figure they are just going to post it on world star hip hop or black twitter.

They went to the cops and showed them the video and the cops come to my house. Of course I see them on camera so I put the gun down and go talk to them. They cops were telling me it's against the law to do what I did. I told them that it was in fact legal and whipped out my phone and showed them RCW 9.41.270 section 3a, which says basically its "unlawful for any person draw any firearm in a manner that either manifests an intent to intimidate another or that warrants alarm for the safety of other persons. Except it shall not apply to any act committed by a person while in his or her place of abode." They were at my place of abode even under my roof on my porch and under my roof in my flowerbed.

Then I said that even if that law didn't exist, they were about to come through the window to burglarize me and I have it on video but they didn't ask to see it. Then I said these people probably didn't even have a license to solicit in this town (they didn't), so were acting unlawfully even if their bullsh!t story is true. I also told the cops that I know I didn't do anything illegal because I saw them on camera and if I had done something illegal I simply wouldn't have answered the door to them. I told them to think of all the times they came to my house after I've actually committed or are committing a crime and I never answered, c'mon I got a little more sense than that. Then I accused them of violating my rights by ignoring my sovereign citizen no trespassing signs. I've had a a couple of disputes with the town already and the mayor told the chief of police to leave me alone because they think I'm going to sue the town and bankrupt it by arguing endlessly with them. I know the mayor personally through some salmon habitat volunteer work we both do so even though he doesn't like me, he knows that I know what my rights are and defend them to the fullest. So after arguing with them for a few minutes, the cops leave and I think this is the end of it.

Then the paper comes today with an article titled Man Threatens Solicitors With Assault Rifle making me sound like some type of crazy jackass.

Anyway, what does the peanut gallery here think of this? Was this a burglary attempt or legitimate solicitors? What would you have done?

Also, I can't wait for those Biden vaccine door knockers to come, I'm going to hold them at gunpoint, get their ID's then sue them for trespass. I'm going to call the police and try and have them arrested as well but the cops in this town don't do sh!t about anything, which is actually good for people like me. I'm not getting the vaccine because I already had Covid-19 delta variant and recovered so posses natural immunity, that means there is zero reason to take it. I wish it was legal to kill trespassers and would like to have a line of impaled bodies down my driveway to discourage trespassers but the stupid government is always trying to keep the white man down.

It's not legal to kill trespassers Redacted, mainly because trespassing in and of itself is harmless and non-threatening. If you had given the four solicitors a little more chance to harm your ass, then you could have gone all Paker on them with your AR-15.

Trespass is not harmless, you are harmed by the trespass which is why you can sue them for damages. Waiting to bait them in just to shoot them is psychotic, it is 100% legal to draw a gun on people at your house. Watch them flee like the cowards they are. Plus I had the wife and kids at home and didn't feel like having them raped. They were obvious criminals, you don't need 4 people to sell security systems, you don't wear bandanas on your face when selling security system, you don't hide from view of the front door when selling security systems. My long-held and established opinion is that citizens should be able to lethally shoot perps who B&E houses, garages, outbuildings, and vehicles for pragmatic reasons. Police say that 90% of the crimes is committed by repeat offenders. I concluded that shooting perps who B&E vehicles at fishing access sites and boat launches or try to steal catalytic converters would prevent a lot of recidivism and repeat offenses. How's that for pussy libturd?

OK my opinion on what you would have done is wrong. You are even more hardcore than me. I fully think that anyone who steals even a single cent has sacrificed their right to live. I also think that taking any government welfare or even taking a government workfare job is stealing as well. If someone wants to kill any of these people, I have zero problem with it. But I'm not going to personally kill someone unless I absolutely have to.

Shooting will prevent recidivism but I think being held at gun point reduces it by quite a bit but obviously not enough. These were teens, maybe they will learn not to do it anymore. You can't learn if you're dead. I'm hoping these guys are rethinking their life choices.
