Caught this mama bear teaching her cubs how to raid one of my blinds for lunch...she has not missed any meals!





She is a beautiful cinnamon bear...her cubs are one each, black and cinnamon.

She certainly has found the food stash. Even that cub looks not small. And she is probably hoping for a couple gut piles.

Tons of bears in Tahoe. They break into cars but forget how to get out, suffice it to say they really fuk the interior up.

There sure are a ton of bears in Tahoe. My daughter and SIL have to check the backyard before they let the kids go out to play! Of course, the way S. Tahoe neighborhoods and layed out in development right in the middle of prime wildlife habitat kinda' makes this outcome unavoidable.
