Unless you are 30 miles up river use the Wynoochee R nr Montesano gauge (it's at 3080 ft3/s). It's a more accurate measurement for a majority of the river. As for color, the river is coming back. Stopped by this afternoon. Flow rate was too high to fish, color was a very light brown with 24" visibility. Watch for debris, there is a lot of floating junk in the river.
