With most winter steelhead fisheries having a no-bait, single barbless hook requirement, I was wondering if anyone had a clever idea for balancing out the Maglip without a wrapped chunk of meat on the belly. Those plugs definitely have better action with some weight in the middle. Feel free to PM me if you’d rather keep your method quiet.

Bro no reason to keep secrets. We should all help each other slay the chrome. I watched an addicted tutorial video and they run bead chains and siwash hooks from the front. You get better action that way bro!

Mostly all true . Edit “slay” to “catch “. ~ All True. wink

Works well with the old Tadpolly plugs as well...
