Hey everyone. Normally I just read all your posts but I actually have some good information. Just recently a guy opened a new tackle shop in Port Orchard that is taylored to pacific northwest hunters and fishermen. He has great prices on everything and if he doesnt have it he will get it for you. And he matches any verifyable prices that you can find. Cant beat it. Its called Bay Street Outfitters and he is located at 130 Harrison street which is right off of Bay street in downtown Port Orchard. Right by the John Deere Tractor store. Stop in and check it out. You will be impressed.

Saw this post and decided to check it out last night after work. Looks like it is going to be a real nice store. Talked with the owner for a bit, still putting stuff together somewhat. Looks like they will have all main items for Salmon/Steelhead/Flyfishing, plus hunting clothes (wools / saddlecloth, etc..)and a bait refer for herring, shrimp etc is on the way. It's going to be a nice little shop and convinient for us Kitsap county folks..

Bout time! I'm sick and tired of making the Fred Meyer/Walmart/K-Mart run and still not finding what I need in Kitsap county, then having to make the trip to Sportco. I've boycotted Kitsap Sports, but that's another story. I hope this new tackle store can compete with the bigger stores i.e Sportco, cause if they do, he'll have my business.
