Just a reminder - The Washington Dept of Fish and Wildlife is hosting a public meeting this Thursday, Feb 22 at 7:00pm at their Regional office in Vancouver. The purpose of the meeting is to review the run projections for spring Chinook on SW Washington rivers and to solicit angler opinions on seasons/bag limits. They also provide good information on what to expect in the upcoming springer season. I'll be there.....

They may be talking about some changes at Wind River if they're still expecting a run twice the size of last year. I know the SW bios were kicking around some very interesting ideas about the boundaries, bag limits, etc. when I was talking to them a few weeks ago but nothing was finalized.
