If I was shopping for a new filet knife the two I would check out first are: Spyderco Catcherman and the Cold Steel filet. I haven't used either knife but they both have a great reputation.
If you want to do some research on the topic I'd suggest you check out: http://www.bladeforums.com/

Take a look at the fishermans friend filet knife made by Cutco. My wife got me one and I love it. You can adjust the blade length from 6 to 9 inches, or remove it for cleaning. Also has a line cutting slot. Seems to be sturdy, and the handle is comfortable in ones hand.

I have a Kershaw that I love, fairly inexpensive and has a nice rigid blade which is something I like. The knife has a floater handle so when you drop it in the drink it's not gone forever. The blade takes a little extra maitenance to keep sharp but the knife works great for me .

Go to a commercial gear store like Redden Net Supply in Bellingham. They have an assortment of good fillet knives. I like the Dexter-Russel 7". Buck makes a pretty good fillet knife also.

Hard to beat a Dexter-Russell. Under 20 bucks, great blade, comfortable handle. I believe this is the knife most of the commercial boys up north(Alaska) use. I also recently received a Fisherman's Solution by Cutco as a gift. Two thumbs up so far.....
