Just a reminder to everyone that for those of you considering joining the WSC, be sure to do so.

There will be some major stuff coming up in September regarding possible statewide C&R regulations and we'll need all the support we can get to help this first step in the preservation of our wild steelhead runs!

While bodies and volunteer / commitee efforts are very important, remember that in the real world, money plays a role in the real world and your membership dues will help the WSC work on this and a number of other efforts in the near future!

In its short existence, the WSC has started to make a big impact regarding the future of wild fish in the Pacific Northwest. There is much work to be done between now and both the September Steelhead Symposium and the December Commission vote on statewide C & R.
The WSC needs dues to cover mailings, research, etc. and it needs members because numbers speak loudly to the people in Olympia.
