Read somewhere that the Stilly isn't expected to get any 2-salt summer steelhead back this year. Is this true? I don't seem to be able to find the number of plants on WDFW's pages.

If memory serves, the number of smolts released two years ago was smaller than usual, due to the questionable state of finances at Reiter where the fish that are reared at the Whitehorse Rearing Ponds originate. I'll see if I can find some numbers.

According to the WDFW smolt release data, there were no summer runs planted to return this year.There will be a few three salts though.
