2001 is the year of wild steelhead in the state of Washington!

We have a real opportunity to gain state wide C&R for wild steelhead and your support is needed to help us increase membership in the WSC to help make it happen. If you are interested in the WSC and haven't signed up, sign up! Your membership will add value in the WSC attaining it's mission.

In its short existence, the WSC has started to make a big impact regarding the future of wild steelhead in the Pacific Northwest. There is still much work to be done between now and both the September Steelhead Symposium and the December Commission vote on statewide C&R for wild steelhead. The WSC needs membership dues to cover mailings, research, etc. and even more important it needs members because numbers speak loudly to the people in Olympia.

WSC Membership Drive Contest!!!!!!!!!!

With Special thanks to Mike Peruse Marketing, G Loomis and Teds Sport Center, the WSC will award a new Loomis Gl3 drift rod or a G Loomis single hand fly rod at comparable value to the WSC member who signs up the most new members between May 25nd and July 31st. We will award the rod to the contest winner at our August 1st membership meeting. Below are the contest rules:

Only WSC members are eligible to win

WSC board members & Trustees are ineligible

Contest runs May 25nd thru July 31st

WSC member's name must be included on the new members application form

In case of a tie there will be a random drawing at the August 1st membership meeting to determine the winner.
