Steelheadman, Just got off the phone with the wife who s running the store while Im stuck down here in Oregon slaving in a hot plant. She has lots of sandshrimp and some eggs.
There were 2 steelhead brought into the store today, The wife said they were chromers and BIG. One of the fish was caught by a lady angler, From what I gathered it was her first. My wife said the lady was really excited. She became the first member of the new brag board.

Willierower--I was in the store yesterday to buy a soda on my way home and was greeted and treated very pleasently (must have been your wife). She showed me the photos of the two fish caught on Wednesday, one didn't look like a 15# fish to me, but hey, who's to say fish stories should always be truthful. I managed one 8# hatchery buck but saw no other fish caught. There are a few fish around but you really have to work for them--the H2O is low and clear. Glad to hear the store is open--good luck in your new business. Are you & the wife are the new operators/owners or just standing in for a while? What happened to Bill? JTownley

It was me that waited on you at the store, and I hope when you come in next time we can introduce ourselves.
We will be placing some orders for new tackle so we hope to carry what you looking for, if you dont already have it. If you have any suggestions, that would be great.
As far as Bill goes, no one knows where he is. He was under alot of stress and I think everything just got to be to much for him. We do know he will not be comming back.
My twin brother (Brian) and I currently operating the store and will do our best to make it a pleasant place to visit. Although we can not pull fish from a mud puddle as Bill did, we hope you will always stop in and say hi when your in town!
Oh ya, I know which fish you were talking about and I agree it wasnt 15lbs but hey, we found out womwn can tell good fsh stories too..lol

My wife and her brother are the operators of the store. Im still hanging out in OR. I have a decent job with good benifits down here. It wouldnt be too smart to leave that quite yet. I will be up there on my weekends to lend a hand. I have long weekends so its not going to be too bad.
