Hey there Steelie Dave. If you're palm is sweaty for the samish as mines are, its still a bit early unless you want to go after some cutts but I doubt your gonna drive up that far for that. Gonna try the carbon for the opener and do like the shoppers do at the mall on a big sale. Guys I've talked to said they have seen a few fish, but the recent rains have colored the water up. bigb8bigfish and Hairball thanks for the info I'm heading over to whidbey to fish for silvers and humpies. My buddies grandma lives on the beach over there and they been hammering them. Mostly humpies but a few big silvers also. Let's compare reports on Sunday night. The salmon will fall hard this weekend. Fish on to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, the fish are in.

So are the inbread one tooth wonders.Watched 9 fish get beached and killed then the knuckle dragers held there fish up for there Butt budies to see.I gess these clown's don't realise this is the reason the Samish was closed to fishing all thru the late 80's.
