That last high water really got the Summer Runs on the Wynoochee moving,try the upper water start at the dam and work your way down using sand shrimp or eggs.

Is the Nooch open all the way to the dam. I thought it was only open to Schafer creek, I could be wrong but would like to fish higher if legal.. Thanks
