I was fishing off the beach today and when I got there a guy was fighting a fish. It looked small like a resident coho. When he was leaving I saw it and it was about a 23 inch searun cutthroat. I was pissed and talked to him and he said he didn't know the difference between a silver and a cuttroat. I just walked away and told him to get a clue. Some people need to be educated before they fish.

Usually a ticket for keeping the wrong species in the wrong area will brighten them up. They usually take note the regs then. Fortunately I had a father that taught me what was what and right from wrong, there are people out there that don't really give a crap, and get things shut down for those who care.
Help teach them first and if it don't work light into they're asses.
