Could anyone steer me in the right direction to help locate or know were i can have my penn reels serviced at. Thanks for the help.

If you ever make it up Port Angeles way, Paul at R&R Marine in PA is a whiz with all the Penn Reels, he could take them apart in the dark, he carries lots of parts... and he's cheap, too... $7.50 for a normal clean & lube, same thing John in Everett charges $20 for.

linc's in seattle. a few years ago the owners wife rebuilt an old penn 309 I found at a yard sale, reel cost $2 and repair was $13 got it back the next day. At that time they had all the parts for penns on hand. Give them a call (206)324-7600 I have parts for AM5500 and 6500 and most shimano's but no penns
George at O/E is also very good, I believe he's the guy John's up in Everett uses.(most places do)

Now you guys have got me curious. Fishnbrad, what/where is this O/E place? StormN, John sez he does a "rebuild" for the $20. I don't know what all is included, but I know you get new drag washers. Is it the same service @ R&R? I'm occasionally in PA & I will use them if it is.

Slabquest, Outdoor Emporium is in Seattle at 420 Pontius. A guy there George repairs reels and works there part time I think. I know He does reels for several other places to.

Oh, Outdoor Emporium. I'm in there at least once a week. I should have figured that one out! They seem to always be out of whatever it is I need. But thanks for the info - now I don't need to drive to Everett
